This skincare client was entering a new market with a new product, and wanted to start off on the right foot with a clear brand strategy and set of launch tactics.

Based on the strengths of their products and the needs of their target audience, I established a set of brand values and personality traits. Most importantly, I mapped out what the most important talking points were for the brand and products so that website and social media messaging could be created.

Once the brand strategy was established, I also gave the client a launch plan for their organic and paid social media, and advice on how to operationalize their marketing efforts in their early days. This included content recommendations and real world examples, best practices for posting and content creation, ad type and content recommendations, email marketing strategies, PR focuses, and more.
