I conducted market research both of existing competition, as well as the needs of the target audience to determine how to best position the brand, and how to express that position successfully at every touchpoint. Activewear is a very crowded space right now, so it was key to create a strategy that set the brand apart both stylistically but also in terms of its value proposition for the customer. I provided guidance on the brand voice, visuals, values, and how the brand should make its customers feel.
