Working as a Customer Support Specialist for LearnDash for over 1.5 years was a great experience. My main duties included helping customers solve WordPress issues through email using Help Scout and collecting issues over Jira. I also gathered feature requests from customers to help improve the product.
I was always very organized and had a clear understanding of customer service. I was able to give quick and effective responses to customer inquiries and kept an accurate record of all communications. I was also able to provide detailed support for all product features and troubleshoot any issues that may have arisen.
Additionally, I was able to stay up-to-date with new product features and changes, as well as all related documents and tutorials. This enabled me to provide all the necessary information to customers when they had questions. I was also able to communicate any changes to the product, helping to ensure that all customers were kept in the loop and knew what to expect.
Overall, working as a customer support specialist for LearnDash was a rewarding and enjoyable experience, as I was able to provide excellent customer service and help improve the product.
