Design & development of an intuitive user interface for managing subscription box fulfillment. Here is an illustration of the concept development process for iconography and component design proposals reviewed with the client.

This application required out-of-the-box thinking: there are a myriad of data to consider when it comes to managing subscription businesses. From supply chain management to fulfillment to support requests, a lot needs to "go right" for these operations to function properly.

After discussing unique challenges and use cases with the client, I worked on developing user personas to understand who would be interacting with the tool and what they needed to get the most out of it and make it incredibly useful.From here, I designed a library of components to build a dashboard that cleverly overlaid data to give the user the most important information at a glance - and allow for powerful filtering, including default filters settings.
