Developed a proof-of-concept (POC) using Python for a Generative AI-powered smart agent, gaining board approval and leading platform implementation.

Built product management practices from the ground up, including requirements gathering, UX/UI collaboration, and agile sprint planning with Scrum teams.

Converted key clients (10,000+ employees) to paid users for DesktopReady and CloudOptimal.

Led partnerships with industry leaders (Microsoft, VMware, Citrix) to build the technology behind managed desktops as a service (DaaS) and digital workspace solutions.
