Led a cross-functional team of 31 product managers, UX/UI designers, and operation engineers across Turkey, Ukraine, and India for the Itarian product portfolio. Achieved a significant user base of 200,000 business customers with 750,000 protected endpoints on the ITarian platform by 2019.

Defined a unique product strategy for each product within the portfolio. Defined product vision, mentored team members in creating and prioritizing roadmaps, and ensured all features aligned with business goals. Led product ideation workshops for the successful launch of the Comodo Dragon platform in 2018.

Managed key enterprise customer accounts, conducting regular on-site meetings (primarily US-based) to gather feedback and foster strong relationships. Championed a data-driven approach, mentoring the team to develop and track product metrics to ensure feature effectiveness.

Fostered open communication and collaboration across internal departments. Regularly communicated product objectives and roadmaps to stakeholders, inspiring alignment and enthusiasm around product vision. Partnered with marketing and sales teams to ensure they possessed in-depth product knowledge for effective customer engagement and sales enablement.
