I led a small design team on the redesign of the client portal for TIAA-CREF members. This included exploring previous primary and secondary research, divergent prototyping, feature validation, usability testing, and refining high fidelity visual design. We worked with internal client stakeholders to help define features, explore design direction, and set vision with executives.
The client site update was launched about a year after we started.
