I worked on a Messenger chatbot for KFC's Philippine operations. While it was mainly designed to handle delivery and pickup orders, it also handled customer service and franchising inquiries, digitizing the brand's customer experience in the early days of the CoVID-19 pandemic.
I wrote UX content to be legible regardless of level of English fluency, and sorted interactions into branched paths, to keep food and non-food menu items discretely categorized. I also performed QA before the chatbot’s launch to ensure that interactions were organized. A video depicting a typical user journey can be viewed at the bottom of the page.
