Client Consultation: In collaboration with Hala Taxi, we conducted an in-depth consultation to understand their specific needs, data sources, and key metrics.
Data Collection and Integration: We gathered data from various sources within the organization, including ride statistics, customer feedback, and financial data. This data was meticulously integrated into a unified dashboard.
Dashboard Design: We designed a visually engaging and user-friendly dashboard tailored to Hala Taxi's branding and operational requirements. The design emphasized clarity and accessibility of key KPIs.
Customized Metrics: The dashboard included a comprehensive set of customized metrics and performance indicators, such as ride completion rates, customer ratings, revenue trends, and driver performance.
