Context: The task at Reach was a complete overhaul of Brand and Code. The brand was made by Anton, and the code was engineered by myself.

As a seasoned front-end developer, I've spearheaded transformative initiatives across both Marketing and Product domains, with a primary focus on enhancing our Product offering. My expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) allowed me to revamp our Product UI, significantly improving user experience through custom-built components and seamless integration of Salesforce Flows.

I've demonstrated a keen eye for identifying and rectifying outdated design and engineering practices, breathing new life into legacy components. My innovative approach led to the creation of a bespoke Storybook-like platform for showcasing our unique LWC components, complemented by efficient Node scripts for rapid Web Component development.

A key achievement was establishing an automated release process that seamlessly integrated our LWC Design System into the Salesforce Core codebase, overcoming challenges by skillfully avoiding third-party dependencies. This resulted in the successful rollout of freshly designed and coded components, directly enhancing our customers' experience.

My forward-thinking mindset drove me to lead proof of concepts for our next-generation Tech Stack, encompassing both Marketing (CMS, Lead Gen) and Product (Customer Portal, Loan Application Flow) domains. I've explored cutting-edge libraries including React, Svelte, Lit, Preact, Solid.js, Qwik, and Vue, providing valuable insights on emerging technologies like Svelte 5 and Solid.js.

My role demanded a dynamic blend of technical prowess, strategic vision, and adaptability, enabling me to drive success across diverse areas of Marketing and Product development. This comprehensive skill set positions me as a versatile and invaluable asset in the rapidly evolving landscape of front-end development.
