Introduction
SixSense is a smart manufacturing AI SaaS platform that removes defects from the chip production of giants such as GlobalFoundries, Infineon and STMicroelectronics.
As a team with the software engineers, designers and senior scientists as well as our clients and partners, we have built an AI model capable of identifying defects
with 92%+ accuracy in a couple of minutes as compared to the hours required for a human engineer.

Approach
Designed UI/UX for a private web platform, streamlining image upload, training, and annotation for engineers. Built dashboards, KPIs, login, feedback, and AI model selection features. Worked closely with frontend engineers, the CTO, and a Senior Data Scientist, iterating designs based on client testing.

Results
The platform launched successfully, securing multiple $170K+ POC contracts with semiconductor leaders GlobalFoundries, Infineon, and STMicroelectronics. It also led to $2.6M in Series A funding. By processing thousands of images, it enhanced chip quality and reduced costs for front-end fabs managing $30.46B in production, boosting defect identification accuracy from 85% to 97%.
