PROMOTIONAL ANIMATION FOR HEALTH & FITNESS FEATURE

Huawei approached us to create a compelling teaser animation that promotes their Medals feature - a system that celebrates health and fitness achievements through commemorative medals. The concept centers on the idea that every stride, ride, stroke, and drop of sweat deserves recognition, transforming abstract health goals into tangible rewards.

I led the creative development and execution of this promotional animation. My responsibilities included concept development, 3D lighting and animation in Cinema 4D, and post-production compositing in After Effects. I worked closely with Huawei's team to ensure the animation effectively communicated the motivational aspects of their Activity Ring features.

Brief & Concept Development The project brief called for a short and engaging animation to showcase the main features of Huawei's Activity Ring system. We focused on capturing the emotional connection between effort and achievement, emphasizing how digital recognition can motivate users to set new personal bests and conquer challenges.

3D Animation & Visual Design Using Cinema 4D, we animated the core 3D elements, focusing on creating medals that felt premium and rewarding. The animation needed to visualize achievement in a way that would resonate with fitness enthusiasts, making digital accomplishments feel as satisfying as physical rewards.

Post-Production & Compositing In After Effects, we refined the animation with dynamic colorful elements and seamless transitions. The post-production phase was crucial for creating that powerful sense of visualizing achievement - turning abstract health goals into tangible recognition that users can see and feel proud of.

Final Deliverables The completed teaser animation successfully promotes Huawei's Medals concept and is now featured on Huawei's official website, inspiring users to make their fitness journey more rewarding through meaningful digital recognition.
