LOTTIE ANIMATION SYSTEM FOR HEALTHCARE PLATFORM

DocPlanner, a leading healthcare ecosystem that connects patients with doctors across multiple countries, commissioned us to develop a comprehensive animation library for their global digital presence. The project required creating over 100 JSON animations (Lottie format) that would populate their website across more than 10 different countries while maintaining technical efficiency and content flexibility.

Global Healthcare Mission DocPlanner is building a healthcare ecosystem that seamlessly connects patients with doctors while integrating smart tools for quicker, more precise diagnoses and treatments. Their ambitious goal is supporting 1 billion patient visits annually within the next decade, while helping doctors better manage their practices and build their online reputation through integrated end-to-end solutions.

Technical Specifications & Constraints The client established strict technical parameters: each animation file had a maximum limit of 200kb (including images), and all animations needed parametric features allowing for dynamic content replacement of images and text as necessary. The design assets were provided as a comprehensive Figma file, serving as the visual foundation for all animated elements.

Production Workflow We developed a streamlined production process using After Effects for animation creation and Bodymovin for JSON export, ensuring consistent quality and technical compliance across all 100+ animations. Each animation was optimized for web performance while maintaining visual appeal and brand consistency across diverse international markets.

Scalability & Localization The parametric approach allows DocPlanner to efficiently adapt animations for different countries and languages without recreating assets from scratch. This systematic approach supports their global expansion while maintaining brand cohesion across all regional implementations.

Final Deliverables The completed animation library provides DocPlanner with a comprehensive, technically optimized, and globally scalable visual system that enhances user experience across their healthcare platform. The Lottie-based solution ensures fast loading times and seamless integration while supporting their mission to revolutionize healthcare accessibility worldwide.

We also created a Rive version of the animation to show the client the potential of using that service for the assets.
