BFBG Awards - Press

This was part of the marketing for an event for black creators made by black creators. It was an honour to take part in such an amazing event.

The issue was to increase publicity for the event and it was managed by creating effective content for the event.

Goals/Requirements: • Create effective articles • Create effective content • Create effective marketing strategies

During my creation of this press release, it was sent out to be edited three times. Each time during this process is meant to include different aspects that could have been missed in order to create a well rounded press release.

Resulting in a follow-up article in FASHION Magazine where the event was able to get noticed on a national level.

I learned the importance of high-quality writing, you never know who will be intrigued and support a cause that you are writing for.
