Conducting UX Audit for SaaS Application

As a Senior Product Designer and UX Researcher, I conducted a comprehensive UX audit for a Media Intelligence SaaS application aimed at helping media companies monitor and analyze online news and social media content.

The UX audit encompassed various aspects of the application, including information architecture, navigation, content organization, and user interactions. I conducted heuristic evaluations, usability testing sessions, and analyzed user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the user experience.

The insights gathered from the UX audit played a crucial role in enhancing the overall usability and effectiveness of the Media Intelligence SaaS application.
