Automated Multilingual Property Description Generator

A real estate agency runs two property websites in the same category, under one roof. Every listing goes on both sites, which means two different descriptions per property, each translated into eight languages. They wanted the whole process fully automated, and reusing the same text across both sites would create duplicate content.

An automation connected to their PHP-coded website through the OpenAI API:

A saved standard prompt trained on the agency's own writing style

As soon as a new property is entered in the backend with its standard details, the system generates 2 unique descriptions of 150 to 200 words, one for each website

Both descriptions are sent back into the system automatically

Each description is then translated into German, Russian, Bosnian, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, and Finnish, with translations kept unique per site

All translations are sent back into the system, ready to publish

New listings get 2 site-specific descriptions plus 16 translations with no manual writing, and no duplicate content across the two websites.
