Working directly with the CTO and CEO, I transformed an existing MVP into Shade's market-ready app. I established a beta program with early users to drive the redesign through multiple iterations, taking on the roles of project manager, UI/UX designer, and QA engineer. After a successful iOS launch, we also designed and deployed a native Android app. I was also responsible for branding, email campaigns, digital ads, white papers, video production, and more.
