Modern Identity for Longbow Completion Services

Longbow Completion Services is an oilfield services company operating in a highly technical, trust-driven environment. As the company grew, their brand needed to better reflect the precision, reliability, and professionalism required in the completion services sector. The project focused on creating a clear, credible brand system aligned with industry expectations and long-term growth.

· Challenge: Longbow’s existing brand lacked the clarity and confidence needed to communicate technical expertise and earn trust with decision-makers in the oil and gas industry. The current Oil Derrick and Apache Helicopter symbol also had a lot of brand equity with the field operators, something that proved challenging when presenting logo concepts.

· Approach: Through insights from the initial brand strategy session we developed a visual identity grounded in precision, and field-ready professionalism. Through brand exploration and refinement, the identity was shaped to balance engineered rigor with a dependable, operational tone suitable for both corporate and on-site environments. After several logo iterations, we opted to maintain the Apach and Oil Derrick symbol but with alterations to match the new identity.

· Impact: A cohesive brand system that positions Longbow as an established, capable completion services provider. The refined identity strengthens credibility on the corporate side while also maintaining the brand equity with field operations. The brand identity ultimately and provides a foundation that can scale alongside the business.
