High-Converting Landing Page Design for Base Power

The Problem Base Power, a growing Texas-based energy company offering backup battery systems and affordable electricity, needed a high-converting landing page to support their Facebook ad campaigns. Their existing page wasn’t effectively converting traffic into leads, missing the mark on both user intent and urgency. They needed a solution that would resonate with homeowners frustrated by rising energy costs and grid instability.

The Approach I led the design of a conversion-focused landing page using Figma, starting with research into Base Power’s audience, market positioning, and customer pain points. I mapped out a content strategy that addressed key user concerns—such as unpredictable bills and power outages—and positioned Base Power as the reliable, affordable alternative. The design emphasized clarity, trust-building testimonials, and prominent CTAs to guide users toward submitting their information. Visuals and messaging were kept consistent with Base’s brand identity to maintain trust and cohesion across ad and landing experiences.

The Result The final landing page delivered a 12% increase in conversions compared to the previously used page. With clearer messaging, refined user flow, and stronger alignment with ad traffic, Base Power was able to capture more qualified leads and improve the performance of their Facebook ad spend.
