The Challenge: Marianne Jewellery needed an e-commerce platform that could reflect the elegance and craftsmanship of their fine jewellery while driving conversions in the competitive luxury market. The challenge was creating an online presence that matches premium quality without physical examination, showcasing intricate details digitally, and building trust for high-value purchases—all while maintaining sophisticated aesthetic.
The Solution: I implemented a three-phase approach: designed sophisticated visual language with clean layouts and refined typography that conveys luxury, developed custom Shopify sections for collection storytelling (like "Amour" collection inspired by love), and built strategic trust elements highlighting materials (925 sterling silver, 18k gold vermeil) and craftsmanship throughout the customer journey.
The Results: Delivered an elegant e-commerce experience that successfully translates tactile luxury into digital format. Custom design established strong brand differentiation, collection storytelling created emotional connection with pieces, clean navigation and responsive design provided seamless shopping experience, and scalable architecture enables easy seasonal launches.
