Context

As a leader in ecommerce platform industry, VTEX is expected to be the single commerce dashboard, aimed at centralizing and cross-referencing and data related to navigation and orders.

Quick Solution

In the digital commerce market, making quick decisions has become more and more primordial, especially after the pandemic and the increase in users' shopping behavior over the internet.

Data with Quality

To have access to reliable and quality data related to the navigation of their digital stores. Currently, VTEX has the Insights product but there is a great lack of reliability in it due to divergences with Google Analytics (GA) data, which is considered the source of truth by our customers.

Research phase

Having access to an integrated vision and cross-referencing data that facilitates decision making, without the need to use spread sheets or several tools at the same time, they want to reduce the time to insight.

New MVP Solution

Considering what was presented so far and the needs of our customers, VTEX signed a partnership with Google, focused on creating solutions together and launching to the market still in 2022.

Google Integration

The product will have its experience within the Analytics suite of the VTEX Admin, and the first step in the customer experience will be in a module where he will have to connect his Google account.

The Goal

The goal of this product should be to reduce the time it takes customers to find opportunities and insights about their business. In addition to creating a competitive advantage for VTEX versus the market by beingt he first platform to have a native solution with Google data.
