LogiX: end-to-end product design for internal logistics team

I designed and launched a mobile app that finally took warehouse logistics out of pen-and-paper mode. What used to be slow, manual check-in/out across global sites became a streamlined digital flow.

After launch, ops teams cut manual work by roughly 60%, reduced reporting errors by 25%, and shaved hours off every vehicle check-in cycle.
