I led the redesign of a medical cannabis management app built to help patients track treatments and stay consistent with prescriptions.
The MVP had already found early traction, and my task was to take it to the next stage, refreshing the UX, adding guided routines, and improving the overall sense of trust and care.
The post-MVP redesign lifted daily engagement (based on observed user behavior), improved task completion for dosage tracking, and earned warm patient feedback.
Project sunsetted in 2024.
