Verbal - AI SASS Product for Virtual Care

Verbal is an AI-powered SASS product for virtual healthcare organizations. Telehealth visits have doubled since the pandemic and less than a third of healthcare organizations conduct quality assurance (QA) on these virtual sessions more than once per month. Verbal was designed to automate and optimize clinical operations. It uses traditional machine learning and generative AI to assist, train, and track virtual caregivers.

As Creative Director on this project, I defined the name of the product, designed the brand identity, website, product, and the user experience. I work closely with the engineering team to add and refine features. I continue to meet with our customers, hear their perspectives, and iterate on the product accordingly. They love how much time it saves them 😄
