I am proud to have developed the visual identity for CommonGround, a groundbreaking land marketplace that connects farmers, landowners, hunters, and land professionals, facilitating seamless land transactions. CommonGround empowers users to search millions of for-sale and rental listings and make informed comparisons, fostering an efficient and trustworthy marketplace.

Founded with an initial investment of $3 million, CommonGround approached me with a clear vision: to create a parent brand that would instill trust and confidence in its users. Understanding the significance of this goal, we set out to design a visual identity that would not only be aesthetically pleasing but also functional and enduring.

My approach was rooted in minimalist, conceptual design principles. I believe that simplicity and clarity are key to creating a brand that stands the test of time. The visual identity i crafted for CommonGround is both elegant and straightforward, effectively communicating the brand's mission and values. Every design element was carefully chosen to reflect the integrity, reliability, and innovative spirit of CommonGround.

Since the launch of the new visual identity, CommonGround has made an impressive leap, significantly increasing its sales and expanding its user base. The minimalist design has resonated well with users, providing a clear and intuitive interface that enhances their experience on the platform. By focusing on functionality and conceptual clarity, I ensured that the visual identity would remain relevant and effective as the brand grows and evolves.
