Created launch-ready trailers, ads, and static creatives for Submarine Quest, helping the studio present real gameplay clearly and start marketing their game.
1 main game trailer (resized and optimized for Google Play, iPhone, and iPad)
1 video ad with voiceover (9:16 and 4:5 formats)
3 static ads for initial marketing
The situation
The developers of Submarine Quest found me on Fiverr while preparing for launch.
At that point, they had no video creatives yet and only limited marketing assets.
They needed:
A clear gameplay trailer for their store page
Initial ad creatives so they could start marketing and testing
Static ads to support their first campaigns
This was a typical early-stage problem. A good game, but no strong creatives to present it to players.
The goal
The main goal was clarity and first impression.
Instead of making something purely flashy, I focused on:
Showing the real gameplay loop
Making the game easy to understand in seconds
Helping viewers quickly decide if the game was for them before installing
For a merge and exploration game, understanding comes before hype.
My creative approach
Before editing, I studied the game and broke it down into its core pillars:
Merge mechanics
Exploration and discovery
Progression and upgrades
The trailer structure was designed to:
Hook attention quickly
Explain how the game actually works
Show progression, exploration, and rewards
End with a clear reason to try the game
For the ad creative, the focus shifted to:
Faster pacing
Stronger opening seconds
Voiceover support to guide the viewer
Clear gameplay value within a short time
All assets were built around real gameplay capture and optimized per platform.
Deliverables
To support both store presence and early marketing, I delivered:
Game trailer
Google Play: 1920×1080
iPhone: 1920×886
iPad: 1600×1200
Video ad with voiceover
1080×1920 (9:16)
1080×1350 (4:5)
Static ads
3 variations
1400×1800 format
This gave them a complete starter pack they could use for launch and initial testing.
Outcome
The client approved the creatives and highlighted both quality and communication throughout the project.
They later followed up saying they were focusing on other parts of the project for now, and that they were planning to return for new creatives in the coming months, which is usually a good sign for long-term collaboration.

Why this project matters
This project is a good example of how Quadral helps studios move from zero to launch-ready.
Not just editing videos, but:
Translating gameplay into marketing-ready creatives
Building assets that can actually be tested
Creating a foundation studios can iterate on as they scale
