This project focused on building a complete creative set the studio could use for store presence, paid ads, and social distribution.
The situation
The studio behind Zombastic was preparing marketing creatives for a zombie survival shooter set inside a supermarket and later expanding into multiple dangerous locations.
They needed more than a trailer.
They were looking for:
Ads they could test across platforms
A clear, store-ready trailer
UGC creatives that feel native to social feeds
Screenshot designs that support the game’s presentation
Variations in both style and format
The goal was to create a creative pack that could support both user acquisition and store optimization.
The goals
The main goals of the project were:
Present the core survival fantasy clearly
Show intensity, progression, and combat

Instead of relying on one type of ad, the strategy was to create diverse creative formats so the studio could see what resonates best.
My creative approach
I broke the game down into its strongest pillars:
Zombie survival in a familiar location
Scavenging and progression
Weapon upgrades and abilities
Boss fights and escalating threats
From there, each creative type served a different role.
Voice-over ads
Designed to quickly explain the game loop, highlight danger and progression, and help viewers understand the experience within seconds.
Jingle ad
Created to test a lighter, more memorable approach that could stand out in fast-scroll environments.
UGC ads
Produced with two different creators to:
Create native-feeling social content
Test different personalities and delivery styles
Make the game feel more relatable and experiential
