SPORT DEVELOPMENT FOR MASSIMO DUTTI (INDITEX). Seasonal renovations of best sellers which coordinate with clothing and Women's and men's wear. The collections were developed with in price point with no negotiation on quality.

As Children's shoes was a small buy the collection had to be strategic in factory and product allocation and how it coordinated with women's and men's wear.

As sampling costs were analysed our department required our samples to work after one prototype. Clear and proportional designs with image references and material suggestions were key in the success of the hit rate of the final sample.

Using factory materials and historically successful details increased sample efficiency and saved time and money on material sourcing and bulk buying linings and upper leathers.



FREELANCE DESIGN ▶️▶️ DISNEY LICENCE

The brief was to design a mix of girls and boys cup soles using specific art work from Disney. Images were to be made in Adobe illustrator with instructs for details:

• 3D bows
• Velcro fastenings
• Character lace features.

Branding with logos and key Pantone colours were to be repeated.
