Introduction
ServiceM8 is a cloud-based SaaS solution for field service organisations to manage their businesses.
Context
The services add-on was released in 2016, allowing businesses to create and customise self-serve booking forms for their clients. Bookings made through these forms are automatically synced to their business schedules, job rates and manpower dispatching activities managed through the ServiceM8 app.
I had the opportunity to work as the product designer for this add-on, for which I led the end-to-end design on the self-serve forms, as well as early design concepts for the booking system engine on the app. I also contributed towards visioning and strategising for the future of ServiceM8's client bookings — a two-sided marketplace for field services.
