Taskworld is a cloud-based, SaaS productivity tool founded in 2012. It facilitates project/task management, collaboration, delegation, communication, progress analytics and performance metrics for evidence-based evaluations within teams. The tool is used and loved by many worldwide, with clients like IWC, Accor, SK Telecom and Intersport. It has also won multiple awards from software experts like G2 and Capterra.

Context

Taskworld had planned to launch custom fields as a new public feature so that users can track and manage projects more accurately and efficiently. I was the product designer responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of this feature.

Scope

This was a new feature involving all product hierarchies in Taskworld (Workspace, Projects, and Tasks), for all frequently used visualizations (Project Settings, Kanban View, Task Cards, Task Properties Panel, Table View), and across all platforms (Web and Mobile).
