CEO and operator of LeLuxe Tours, a Jamaica-based touring company that seeks to provide tourists a fun and safe experience.
When I came into contact with Dion, he'd been operating for 2 years. As someone unfamiliar with tech and marketing, he lacked the strategy and resources needed for his business to take off and grow sustainably.
Rather than having gigs here and there, our goal was to get him booked and busy!

The Issue: Lacking a brand strategy = lacking identity and trust.

Unfortunately left in the dust by a past designer, Dion lacked the strategy, the design and tech know-how to take his website as well as his socials further. Imagine having a designer who does only the bare minimum.
A template with no changes, copy-pasting basic AI written content and imagery that didn't align with the brand. These are all factors that led to a website that was surface level and didn't accurately represent the brand.
This designer built him the platforms and created the accounts but didn't advise him on effective brand identity and marketing. So he was left discouraged and scrambling, thinking he needed to make content for everything in order to succeed.

Our Solution: Clarifying who they are

Dion knew the experience he wanted to offer his clients and his vision for his business but didn't know how to get that message across to his potential customers.
The reason Dion was struggling was because potential customers were missing the value of what he had to offer. Why? Customers found the messaging unclear and didn't know how they benefited from his services.
How does this impact your business? When potential customers don't understand who you are and what you have to offer, they lose interest. You lose out on customers who were interested and who potentially could've been.
I worked with Dion to strategically create an identity for his business shaped around what he wanted to offer his clients. Niching down on his company's brand personality and what could be done to reflect that in the copywriting, brand assets and content.
Together we discussed where he currently was and where he wanted to be. Knowing that vision, we took the necessary steps to get there.
He went from questioning the value of his business to trusting in enough to invest into what needed to be done to get him where he is now.

The Outcome: Revamped Website and Increased Engagement

In just one day of publishing the new site, the traffic analysis reported more interest and time spent on the site.

I have yet to do a business strategy plan and a social media overhaul of Dion's socials as he is DIYing his branding currently but I have consulted him on tips that resulted in more positive feedback and enjoyable client experiences.
