Faith Forward – Webflow Development

Client: Faith Forward Services: Webflow Development · CMS Architecture · GSAP & JavaScript Animations · Responsive Design · SEO Optimization Timeline: 2024

1. Overview

Faith Forward is a nonprofit organization focused on community building, spiritual development, and hosting in-person events that bring people together with purpose. I was responsible for the full Webflow development of their digital experience implementing advanced animations, a structured CMS, and a responsive architecture aligned with their mission of accessibility and impact.
One of the key deliverables was a fully custom landing page for an in-person event, integrating speakers, scheduling, ticketing, and registration systems into a smooth, intuitive user journey.

2. Challenges

Multi-layered event structure

The event required CMS-driven speaker profiles, agenda sections, and dynamic content that the internal team could update easily.

Integrations & ticketing

The landing page needed calendar integration, ticket purchase flow, and clear user pathways for registration.

Nonprofit accessibility standards

Design and interactions had to remain elegant but highly accessible across all devices.

3. Objectives

Develop a scalable, easy-to-manage Webflow website.
Build a flexible CMS for speakers, schedules, and event modules.
Implement GSAP animations that enhance but never disrupt clarity.
Ensure mobile-first responsiveness and accessibility.
Optimize SEO, performance, and metadata.

4. Process & Solutions

Created a custom class system (BEM-style) for maintainability.
Structured dynamic CMS collections for speakers, event sections, and resources.
Implemented SEO settings, Open Graph metadata, and schema-ready markup.

(b) Webflow Development

Full development of layout, structure, and responsive behavior.
GSAP + JavaScript used for scroll animations, transitions, and micro-interactions.

(c) Event Landing Page

Calendar integration for scheduling and reminders.
Ticketing flow connected to the event platform.
CMS-powered lineup of speakers with dynamic filtering.
Clear CTA hierarchy adapted for both mobile and desktop.

(d) Performance & Accessibility

Image optimization, lazy loading, and code minimization.
Ensured compliance with common nonprofit accessibility guidelines.
Mobile-first adjustments for small-screen clarity and readability.

5. Results & Impact

✅ Seamless end-to-end event landing page experience ✅ GSAP animations increased engagement while keeping clarity ✅ Internal nonprofit team now edits content independently ✅ Improved SEO readiness and performance across devices ✅ Stronger digital presence for future events and initiatives
