The client had an incredibly difficult workday as a one-person operation accompanied by an inefficient tech stack which made every day 10x harder than it needed to be. I began assessing their need for digital transformation by examining their workflows, hardware, and individual needs.
Client Communication
Because this client was not the most tech-savvy (being my mother), I was sure to have regular check-ins and reach compromises in making changes to their workflow process that were realistic for them to follow. Finding the balance between what they were willing and able to do versus complex cutting-edge software was a key focus in being sure that there was less of a learning curve but the recommendations were still as effective as possible.
Deliverable
I created a multi-page digital transformation plan for them in order to work toward entering their data in a way that was conducive to standardizing all of their client data in a form to be later used in artificial intelligence automation integrations as they scale. This enables the client to save time by having a clean data/record-keeping method so that the launch time into using new AI programs would be decreased.
