Before the start of this project, my client wasted hours of time editing their hundreds of Outlook contacts. Outfitted with title-led naming conventions only they understood, duplicate contacts, incomplete contacts, and unstandardized notes for each, they were in over their head with a customer relationship workload that their growing business could no longer support.

During the platform selection process, I cleaned and exported their Outlook contact data into a simplistic ingestion format fit for any CRM. Requiring some correspondence to decode, I then made sure they were comfortable with learning new software and were aware of the hours of time this new process would save them.

This client has been using Pipedrive for about a year, which has worked well for them. Now, with a growing clientele they can easily interact with, the process of acquiring new customers and collecting data on each individual client journey is helping them to facilitate data-driven decisions in order to prime their data for the next step...which is AI integration.
