Dubsado is a business management software designed to take care of administrative tasks for solopreneurs and small business owners.

After providing business management solutions for small business owners for about 5 years, Dubsado realized its one-plan pricing structure didn't provide enough flexibility for all the different kinds of business owners out there. Some business owners used all the features because they were further along in their business, while others only used one or two features because they were just starting out.

As a solution, Dubsado began offering two pricing tiers—Starter and Premier—which meant their marketing website needed to reflect the pricing changes and encourage free trial sign-ups. We focused the redesign on the pricing page and product feature pages. The overarching goal of the redesign was to help business owners understand the value of Dubsado's many features before deciding to start a free trial.

Dubsado launched the pricing update and site redesign in February 2022. A total of 1,045 new users signed up. Out of those, 351 signed up for the Premier monthly plan and 568 signed up for the Premier annual plan.
