How we increased hospitality brand and property group revenue by 15% through a first-of-its-kind revenue optimization platform

Who is ROH?
ROH is a rapidly evolving proptech company building a revenue optimization platform that drives conversions, increases revenue, and enables real collaboration for the largest hospitality groups, asset owners, and their brands that manage over $500B in annual revenue.
Project Summary
When ROH learned that hospitality and property groups were handling operations, cashflow, and margins with outdated software, they identified a problem space no one else was willing to touch. So we set out to design the first revenue optimization platform for hospitality brands that allows them to manage payments, drive conversions, increase revenue, and improve communication and collaboration across departments.
As the lead product designer on the project, I identified 3 needs for our primary persona:
👉 Quick, up-to-date insight into invoices & payments
👉 Clear task prioritization (creating invoices)
👉 Accessible, relevant tasks based on payment status

Outcome
Properties who signed on with ROH saw 15% increase in ROH-managed revenue, a 4.5x return on investment, and a significant uptick in customers converted.
