Role: Sr. RMS Consultant / Sr. Business Analyst

Project: I led the Corporate Records Information Management Services (CRIMS) project, focused on preparing the City of Edmonton for the Workspace Edmonton Initiative. The project involved implementing a corporate records and information management classification system adhering to ISO 15489 standards. I worked with over 36 departments to streamline records management, classify documents, and integrate the records lifecycle from creation to destruction.
