Overview

A mobile app for customers of CHC Hospital in Belgium, enabling them to navigate within the facilities, discover available services, and plan and manage their appointments.

Led the user experience and interface design, along with iOS application development for this app.

Architecture: Outlined the app’s architecture, designed the API structure, and planned and documented various integrations.

App Design: Kickstarted the app’s design process, progressing from brainstorming ideas to creating wireframes, testing user flows, and the visual design.

API Endpoints: Contributed to the development of a BFF (Backend for Frontend) using Node.js, optimizing how calls are made on the mobile app side.

iOS Development: I was the iOS developer for the proof of concept (PoC) phase of this app. The PoC was a success, leading to the decision to turn it into a full-fledged application. I continued to work on the original codebase and collaborated with a team to make continuous improvements.
