This is my current role as Reserch and Innovation Project Manager for a multinational corporation, owning several EU funded research projects in AI. I also play a key role in identifying and commercializing the research outcomes, ensuring their successful transition from research to market.

• Secured research funding through Horizon Europe projects, and contributed to the ideation and drafting of several research proposals targeting EU grants in the fields of AI and explainable AI across multiple topics

• Coordinating an EU-funded research project (14 partners) dedicated to building a recommendation engine in the cybersecurity field

• Overseeing two EU-funded research projects (25 partners on average), focusing on the development of both front-end and back-end software solutions, alongside AI-based classification and clustering systems in the healthcare and smart cities sectors

• Developed product growth strategies and commercial exploitation plans for research projects with a low TRL, and tested their effectiveness in various market segments before investing in further developments
