EdTech platform for a UK-based charity helping underrepresented talent break into IT careers.

Built the original WordPress site, then led the full migration to Squarespace when the team needed a platform that was easier to maintain without developer support. Added donation payment integration, new content sections for career resources, and restructured the information architecture to improve signup flow.

The result: more signups and a streamlined donation experience that let the charity focus on their mission instead of fighting their CMS.
