Context

Caspar Health is a German digital rehabilitation platform that connects clinics, doctors, therapists and patients through certified aftercare programs, and it is used by more than 260 clinics and 350,000 patients. Its website had to serve those four audiences at once, each with different goals, vocabulary and entry points, and many patients left before intake because they could not tell whether they qualified for a program, all within a regulated healthcare framework that had to feel trustworthy without becoming bureaucratic.

What I did

At Yumeda Studio I worked in a team of three designers on a very large B2B website, collaborating across the UX, the site structure, the research, the UI and the eligibility quiz in a fast-paced project where the brief kept changing, and the work also covered accessibility and the handoff to development, with ongoing Q&A for the developers during implementation.

Key decisions

Each audience was routed from the entry points to the content and flows relevant to its role, and information density was treated as a constraint from the start, so the content was organised through a clear hierarchy and progressive disclosure that revealed more depth as people moved through their journey. For patients, a guided quiz checks whether they qualify for a program before they reach intake, and since the platform handles health data, the most protected category under GDPR, the consent flows and data forms were designed as a natural step in the journey rather than a legal hurdle.

Outcome

The website was delivered in about two months as a single site for four audiences, with the eligibility quiz and the consent flows built into the patient journey, so a content-heavy platform stays readable for people with very different levels of digital confidence and patients can find out whether the program is for them before they reach intake.
