SafetyCulture runs safety and operations software for frontline teams worldwide. Enterprise clients were churning due to onboarding friction. Admins were losing a working week to user management tasks that should have taken hours.
I redesigned onboarding and admin around how enterprise teams actually provision people, in an ecosystem of existing apps and in a flat structure. Admin time fell from a week to four hours. First-30-day drop-off fell by 12%. The fix wasn't a better welcome screen. It was building for the org, not the individual.
Working with Akash was a genuine partnership. He consistently pushed us to think deeper about the problem, not just the solution, and helped build lasting design capability within the team.
