DTDC Express Limited has more than 25 years of delivery experience, with a presence in over 10,000 locations. They offer a broad range of services from global door-to-door delivery to live-tracking of shipments. Back in 2019, I worked as the social media creative lead for the brand's UK & UAE pages.
The brand had a straightforward ask — to communicate the services and selling propositions to the audience. And therefore, we had our work cut out.
Taking the aspects of worldwide connectivity and network, 24x7 shipping and even business logistics services to our followers (as creatively as possible!).
While I was simply a creative copywriter when we started working with DTDC, the creative freedom at play allowed me to take a swing at graphic design as well (and it's stuck with me ever since).
The ability to come up with new ideas every month, week and day became the biggest challenge — and sometimes it was the most random and out of the box trains of thoughts that lead to the best ideas. And that was my biggest learning from this experience.
