A Better Way to Manage the Eurostar network

Design an application that brings all of Eurostar’s operations management systems into one simple tool, helping us to communicate more effectively across the network and deliver a more reliable service.

End-user Research: I travelled the Eurostar network, meeting staff and identifying challenges.

User Needs Summary: I identified twice as many user needs as Eurostar had originally anticipated.

Concept Sketching: I sketched concepts in collaboration with Eurostar’s team to establish a direction.

Prototyping: I put together an interactive prototype to demonstrate the concept to stakeholders.

Visual Design: I applied a visual design layer to the prototype, considering the ergonomic needs of users.
