Design an application that brings all of Eurostar’s operations management systems into one simple tool, helping us to communicate more effectively across
the network and deliver a more reliable service.
The answer
End-user Research: I travelled the Eurostar network, meeting staff and identifying challenges.
User Needs Summary: I identified twice as many user needs as Eurostar had originally anticipated.
Concept Sketching: I sketched concepts in collaboration with Eurostar’s team to establish a direction.
Prototyping: I put together an interactive prototype to demonstrate the concept to stakeholders.
Visual Design: I applied a visual design layer to the prototype, considering the ergonomic needs of users.
