The Process

By immersing in the culture of each global territory and interviewing local consumers, I spotted critical differences in the interpreted semantics of the English language. For instance, Hong Kong residents are generally unaware of the concept of APR (annualised percentage rate), whilst UK customers use it to compare credit cards. Insights like this helped to adjust the phrasing to be relevant to the region.
