Solution
Worked in close collaboration with Levi’s® to develop a more sustainable and efficient product solution, combining:
Organic cotton (certified fair trade) and recycled polyester sourced from post-consumer waste
Advanced 3D knitting technology, reducing the number of components and seams
Implementation of eco-friendly dyeing processes with reduced water consumption

Transition from traditional cut & sew denim construction to a more integrated and efficient manufacturing approach
