Magic Clean is a local post-construction cleaning company based in Everett, WA. After 4 years of growing through referrals, the client was ready to take the business to the next level with a professional website that showcases their services, builds trust, and attracts American subcontractors in the housing and apartment construction sector.

Communicate the specialized nature of post-construction cleaning

I studied the typical presentation patterns of the cleaning industry and found that many local competitors lacked clarity, mobile optimization, and strong copy. I also interviewed the client to understand what makes post-construction cleaning different:
