Kadena RWA Initiative Product Strategy

Led product design and delivery of Kadena’s Real-World Asset (RWA) Token Standard and corresponding Tokenization Platform, driving a unified effort to enable compliant asset issuance on Kadena. The work combined a Kadena-native, auditable token standard inspired by ERC-3643 patterns with a partner-facing platform that made issuance, configuration, and lifecycle management usable for non-crypto-native teams. The focus throughout was credibility and velocity: ship a reliable base standard, validate workflows through real integrations, and evolve the platform based on partner needs rather than theoretical completeness.

Led end-to-end product strategy for Kadena’s RWA initiative, spanning both a Kadena-native token standard and a partner-facing tokenization platform.
