Built Kadena’s Chainweb EVM Developer Portal from scratch to reduce time-to-first-deploy and provide a coherent entry point for builders. Owned information architecture, onboarding flows, and the ‘happy path’ for getting started by balancing developer UX with the realities of a rapidly evolving testnet. The portal became the backbone for hackathon enablement, documentation, and ecosystem messaging during our EVM activation phase.
