Design Strategy:
The design strategy for PartyBank’s platform redesign was crafted to deliver a user-centered, accessible, and visually compelling experience that would strengthen the platform’s competitive position and foster user engagement. My approach focused on aligning PartyBank’s core values with user needs, leveraging insights from competitive analysis, and adopting best practices in UX/UI design.
1.Enhanced user centred design approach
The design strategy for PartyBank’s platform redesign was crafted to deliver a user-centered, accessible, and visually compelling experience that would strengthen the platform’s competitive position and foster user engagement. My approach focused on aligning PartyBank’s core values with user needs, leveraging insights from competitive analysis, and adopting best practices in UX/UI design.
2. Simplified and Intuitive Naviagtion
The PartyBank redesign prioritized a simplified, intuitive navigation flow to make the platform accessible and efficient for both ticket buyers to see latest events at various states/locations and event organizers to be able to create events and also create tickets for each events. Our goal was to create a frictionless experience that allows users to focus on their goals—whether that’s purchasing tickets or organizing events.
Discovery Insights
Enhanced User Centre Design:
By understanding competitor weaknesses in user flow and accessibility, we crafted an optimized, intuitive design that simplifies event creation and ticket purchasing, setting PartyBank apart as a more user-friendly platform.
Event Organizer Tools:
Look at the features provided to event organizers on competitor platforms. Enhancing PartyBank’s tools for event creation and management can attract more organizers to the platform
